The brief
How do you make region conversion visible?
The service adapts US-import BMWs for European roads—from navigation and regional coding to the technical details that make the vehicle feel at home in a new market. Instead of explaining the process through specifications, the change of region became the story itself.
The concept
One car. Two regions. The BMW remains constant while the world around it changes—from the cinematic warmth and open space of Los Angeles to the denser, grounded character of Sofia.

Visual language
Grounded automotive cinematography, not exaggerated AI spectacle.
A restrained camera grammar kept the film coherent: 35–50mm establishing views for place, 50mm hero angles for presence, and 85–135mm details for interfaces, lights and architectural compression. Level horizons, smooth movement and off-centre compositions gave the sequence a premium, believable rhythm.

Los Angeles
Warm highlights, palms, reflective towers, atmospheric haze and long shadows establish the US chapter. Much of the movement comes through reflections travelling across metallic paint and architecture rather than constant vehicle motion.

The transition
The coding process becomes the bridge between two worlds.
Laptop, workshop, iDrive, navigation data and quiet progress indicators communicate the transformation without turning the film into a technical tutorial. Small details—especially lighting behaviour, interfaces and measurement systems—make the fictional journey credible.

Sofia
The visual world becomes cooler, denser and distinctly European. Tramlines, Cyrillic signage, layered traffic, historic architecture and Vitosha Mountain establish the new setting while the converted dashboard and radio quietly confirm the change.

AI production
AI handled production. Filmmaking decisions held the story together.
Seedance generated and animated the cinematic environments, automotive shots and transitions. Suno provided an original score shaped around the geographical shift. CapCut brought the final pacing, sequencing, sound and colour continuity together.

A technical automotive service became a miniature road story. Same BMW. New region. Ready for the road.
